I have lost 50lbs within the last 2 years, changed my life completely 6-7 days a week of cardio/strength training and eating whole foods and plenty of veggies everyday. I do approximately 60-120 minutes a day and consume no more then 1400 calories daily.
I have plateau'd I think as my weight goes up and down but ultimately never changes. Any advice or tips on getting through this last little bit, How can I push myself and in which way ? I've been stuck for over 6 months!
Thank you for reading

It's a common theme on here and it sounds counterintuitive, but perhaps you need to eat MORE. If you are truly working out that hard nearly every day, your body needs fuel.

Agreed with above...that's a LOT of exercise and little food. I'd perhaps tone down the exercise a bit.

I'm eating at 1550 and still not losing it, burning around 300 when i work out, 3 excercise days 4 rest so i'm not over doing excercise.
I'm not trying to thread hog just trying to get a way round it for the both of us as we seem to be in the same stranded boat! :)

    ^ This.

Go here: http://fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr and enter your info and it'll tell you what your BMR is. Try not to eat below that.
