I weigh once a week and do measurements once a month.

I think both are pretty important especially when you're losing a large amount of weight like myself. I don't know how well my body will bounce back, I'm young so that helps a little but I do have a feeling I may need skin removal survey from my arms once I'm down to my goal weight =\

1st weigh in for me this morning...lost 4.4lbs just calorie counting so far, haven't added any exercise in!

So glad I found this thread! Not only did I start my journey the day this thread was started but my birthday is in February as well so count me in!!! CW: 298.6 WL: 0 (Tuesday is my 1st weigh in) GW: 200-220 (I don't have a GW, I have a goal body size although it's still considered overweight)

Hey there!!! I'm also on a journey to lose 100lbs...99.4lbs actually (every little ounce counts right)?! I just started yesterday and I'd love to be weight loss buddies and keep each other motivated! I need it!!! And I too struggle with depression, anxiety and Bi-polar so I completely understand!!!

I think exercise is gonna be my #1 problem. I can't join a gym or anything because I have a newborn that I obviously can't just leave at home so it seems like the main form of exercise I can do is walking which in the very beginning will help but once I start getting closer to my goal "weight"/body walking won't help tone…

Congratulations on your current loss of 40 pounds, that's great!!! I stopped drinking soda awhile back so that won't be a problem for me, plus I'm not picky and I don't mind diet soda but I do love me some sweet tea. It's a Texas thing! lol

I haven't ever tried anything but cows milk but quite a few people mentioned almond milk so I think I'll try that!

I need to use it to mix with my shakes, it's either milk or water and milk gives it just a tad better flavor than water but I wanted the least amount of anything nutritional wise. I'll look it up in the database if I have time and can figure it out. I'm brand new here so I figured it'd be faster and easier to just ask here…

I don't enjoy milk at all but I'm making myself start drinking it or at least using it with my shakes everyday.

Okay, let me rephrase that question then because that's not exactly the answer I'm looking for. Which milk choice is lowest in fat, calories, carbs etc. etc.?
