The first eight months were just cardio and some weight lifting, after that I just went all heavy lifting.. well I'm at 6'4 guy so my goal weight is to be around 240 -230 once I reach that goal I want to increase my muscle mass I want to get bigger

I'm training five days a week weights heavy lifting and cardio. (Elliptical or 30 minutes on the punching bag) Between 1200 and 1500 calories daily Cheat day every once a month.
