    Wow!! Truly inspiring!! Did you lose it all equally,or like more in the beginning, or about the same each month, or more towards the end lol if you dont mind me asking. And anything special you did besides watch calories and workout. Really great job!!

    In the first three months I lost 40 pounds after that I was down 8 to 10 pounds every 5 weeks
    between months 8 and 10 i did not lost a single pound, but i lost inches around my hips, belly and chest.
    My diet is low calorie and high protein.
    I have a cheat day every 3 or 4 weeks lol
    Workout 5 or 6 times a week 30 minutes of cardio 1 1/2 hour of weight lifting..
