Thanks it's just that every time when I go to work out like when I do lunges or squats the spasm come back so I haven't been able to work out for I'll try foam rolling and stretching

Genetics my friend is that way but her eating habits stay the same. She never struggles with food.

You have to try it itself. It has helped me to loose body fat even when I meet my macros faster than just eating regular. I think because ur body get a longer time to burn off ur fat and while fasting. More agressivly as well because we need the energy. Maybe ur diet is too restrictive. It's normal to over eat once in a while but if this is becoming a habit I would look at ur diet again

I think I gained 80 pounds. I let myself go I lost it all in under a year and Ieven weigh less than I did before I got pregnant.

I think when ur on vacation u should relax. Even if u gain some weight u know u can loose it easily when u get back. I'm not saying go over board east sensibly, have some fruits and veggies but dont skip dessert lol.
