So I'm all gut/no butt AKA apple shaped. I'm wondering if there's any other apple shaped girls success stories here that can share some before/after pics so I know what the end results might be? Did you hit a certain point where everything kind of balanced out?

Yes I'll post pictures on here soon. I am apple shaped Ive had a muffin top since puberty. Was so badly shaped smh. I lost almost 90 pounds. Here's the truth your body only balances out if ur macros and hormones are right I was way skinnier before I gained and even when I was skinny I had the muffin top and the big bloated belly, chicken legs and no butt. Apple shapes need to lower their carbs and increase their HEALTHY fats and protein. I only eat 100-160 grams of carbs per day depending the king of workout I do. I would say to start ur weight loss journey start at only eating 80-100 grams a day of carbs. I also recommend intermittent fasting. I stop eating at like 10-11pm at night and fast till 2-4pm in the afternoon the next day. This has helped amazingly with fat loss and suppresses ur appetite. Keep ur sugar low, find ways to increase fiber. I mostly only eat fruits rich with antioxidants. I took supliments too, maca powder is keep for balancing out hormones and giving u a more feminism shape. And it's affordable just 5 grams a day in a smoothie or a drink. 100 b complex, vitamin C are good. And the holy grail of supplements aside from macca is evening promise and omega 6 times a day each. Most of ur carbs should come from leafy greens I also eat chickpeas and beans, sweet potatoes, quinoa, Ezekiel bread, oatmeal as long as it fits within my macro goals. I bought a scale for ten bucks and now I weigh everything, ppl say it's tedicous but honestly u get use to it and eventually u will become good at portion sizes that u won't need it. I also recommend chia seeds and flax seeds they are great HEALTHY fats that balances ur hormones. Along with avocado. Once u increase ur protein and fats it suppresses ur appetite. Cut down on sugar. You can have treat days but plan them and try to record it in ur diary. I strength train so I increase my carb intake on the days I do lower body or full body work out. Also doing cardio at least three times a week for 30 minutes helps get rid of all that unwanted belly fat. And try and change it up. Hiit Is good but there's nothing wrong with elliptical etc. Hope that's helps. I have never looked this good in my life. i am transitioning from an apple shape to a rectangle lol I know it's not your glass but at least I look good, clothes for better etc. 80% of this is diet 20% is work out. And I work out from home, get a good strength training or toning workout video, get some weights and ur good. No need for a gym membership. YouT ube has helped slot with working out too.6
