Muscle spasm preventing me from training
I just got back into working out after a hiatus and I killed it on leg day only for me to have muscle spasms in my glutes and my legs now the right side is gotten better but the left side is still in pain it's been a week and I can't work out. Any way to improve this?

Can you gain mucle on a low carb high fat moderate protien diet?
I'm trying to tone up and gain some muscle would I need to increase my protien and lower my fat. I strength train three times a week and do cardio 1-2 times a week. I find I'm loosing stubborn fat and weight but I'm also loosing muscle. My carbs at 110grams fats are 88grams and protien 130grams usually. I'm 5'8 155 pounds.

If I don't activate my muscles I don't get good results
Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like I have to constantly activate my muscles in order to feel something in my workouts, otherwise I won't get much out of it, but doing static workouts on top is strength training is time consuming.

I feel weird when ppl talk about my weight loss
You would think I would be proud but it makes me uncomfortable. I don't like all that attention. I think I still feel the shame of letting myself get so fat in the first place. I hated it when ppl talked about how big I got but I hate it more now when ppl go on about how thin I've gotten. Does this make sense?

I'm struggling with my left side it's just weaker than my right. How do I fix this? I try working out more on my weaker side but still my soreness the next day is always on my right and my right side looks more toned. I'm talking arms butt and thighs.
