I always have calories left over. I put in what I eat as accurately as I can. Triple checking every ingredient.

    Rounding.

US nutritional info lists macros in increments of 0.5 and calories (which aren't calculated from the macros) are rounded to the nearest 5 or 10.

Alcohol? (It doesn't up in your carbs/fat/protein macros, but it still has calories).

Decide what is most important to you. If it's calories (for most of us it is) then get as close as you can to your calorie goal. Decide what your most important macro is and try to hit that goal and play catch up with the others. For me on a deficit my calories are 1750ish. So I won't go over that and I stay above 1500. Protein is my most important macro so I try to plan my protein for the whole day to make sure I hit that goal then I just add in what fats and carbs I can while staying under that 1750 calorie cap.

One thing that I can see in your diary from Monday is that the Weber Naturals - Omega 3-6-9 pills that you had 3 times that day shows 1 calorie and 2 grams of fat. 2 grams of fat would have 18 calories. That's a 51 calorie difference right there.

You may want to go through and see if the calorie calculations from macros (4 calories for each gram of carb and protein and 9 calories for each gram of fat) are at least in the ballpark with the stated calories on the diary entries that you are using.

Also while many products subtract fiber from carbohydrates for the calorie calculation others don't. And some subtract on a one-to-one ratio even though their particular fiber still has a digestive % (thus some caloric value typically between 1 and 2 per gram), and and some put up their carbs and fiber correctly in calculator caloric to little based on the actual 1 Cal per gram or two Cal per gram for the fiber.

It is a bit of a mess to be perfect ;-) and you don't actually need to be that perfect in order to succeed!

Pretty much everyone above is giving you good advice I would say!

Rounding errors and fibre are the usual culprits.
