I just dropped c4 yesterday I was able to get thru my workout but felt beat afterwards. I lift for about 1hr 20-30 mins then cardio 30mins to end my workout Not sensative to caffeine...

I drink water through my workouts I drink pure water all day, electrolytes probably not much I have been to the dr recently they took my vitals/blood pressure and said I'm good
