In the middle of my workout I start to get tired, dizzy, light headed, sometimes even experienced what seemes to be hyperventilation. And have to cut my workouts short which Is really annoying. I'm I overtraining or not breathing properly? Eating is not a problem I have lots of carbs before the gym also take c4 pre work out... anybody can relate or has an idea of what's going on?

The most common culprits are poor nutrition and overtraining. Or, an underlying medical issue.

    How's your hydration?

    How's your electrolyte consumption?

Have you seen a Dr recently?

I would cut out the C4 as a culprit. I have tried pre-workout just to see how I reacted. They made me feel nauseous and light headed. If that does not seem to resolve the issue, see your Dr. Also, what are you doing for exercise, and how long do you exercise?

I drink water through my workouts

I drink pure water all day, electrolytes probably not much

I have been to the dr recently they took my vitals/blood pressure and said I'm good

Have you tried dropping the C4? Are you sensitive to caffeine?

    How long are your sessions?

I just dropped c4 yesterday I was able to get thru my workout but felt beat afterwards.

I lift for about 1hr 20-30 mins then cardio 30mins to end my workout

    Not sensative to caffeine...

I do push, pull, legs a day off and repeat. I weight train for 1hr 20-30 mins and 30 mins cardio session

Honestly, you should not be weight training for more than an hour. Unless you are taking extended rest periods. It sounds like you need to rethink your training as well.

Would you be willing to type out your program? List exercises, sets, reps, load, and whether or not you are training to failure on any of the sets.

Now of course I realize that's a lot to type out, so if you don't want to, I get it. If you do type it out I'd be happy to take a look at it, and I'm curious how it's set up.

What has your bodyweight done in the past 4 weeks and hows your mood when you're outside of the gym?

Drop the cardio. Don't do cardio together. If you weight train in the evening then do cardio in the morning or another day. How many times a week you train? Avoid the c4. After a workout it's normal to feel beat lol or did you expect to come out the way you felt coming in?
