New to challenge. 51 min

Try to commit a 1/2 hr a day to start & build from there. I started with an hour.....walk away from the house for 30min & turn around. Just do that until you find something else to do. The guilt of not doing something is worse than just doing it.

Sorry ..... This is a duplicate. Had issues! Do I understand this correct? You walk approx 6 miles a week now. (3 mi 2x a week) & your 10 week goal is to be at 12 miles (3 mi 4x a week). I am telling myself this as well....not for the first time! I've been quite lazy.…

What am doing is: Ive worked out how far I can walk comfortably in a week ( I work full time so time allowing) which is 10km. Then over the next 10 weeks I'm going increase it by 1km per week. Therefore in 10 weeks time I'm aiming to walk 20km a week. I'm tracking my walks with my MapMyWalk app. Everyone has different…

@andreasoulcastle Don't give up! We can't give up! Move forward. If something isn't working try something else. Give your body time to react to these changes. Increase your water. Increase activity. Increase veggies. It's not...not going to work. Hang in there.
