For me I pick a series on Netflix and I only let myself watch it while I'm walking on my treadmill. Also I change into workout clothes as soon as I get home.

I try to tell myself that if I get a good workout in then I can have a treat as long as my calories allow for it. Maybe eventually I will trick my brain into believing the workout is the treat. Just a thought.

I'm a once a weeker. I get discouraged if the scale doesn't move as fast as I want. Sometimes even when it is moving I get overconfident. So once a week just to be sure the progress is there.
