First day!

Today is the first day for me! I decided to stop drinking on September 30th, haven't stopped smoking quite yet though! Today I started a healthier diet! I need motivation to exercise after work!! That's the hardest part is going home and not wanting to leave the couch or Netflix!

    If you make it a regular habit to go work out eventually it will become your "normal", and you will miss it if you don't go.

    For me I pick a series on Netflix and I only let myself watch it while I'm walking on my treadmill. Also I change into workout clothes as soon as I get home.

    Its just the first day.. Lighten up on yourself a little bit. take baby steps.. the first week you get used to logging, eating less calories, doing all that you can stay within your calorie budget and dealing with perhaps some hunger and little discomfort as you get used to this..

    When and if you want to exercise, you will. Also know that giving your self some night time entertainment is not a bad thing. You still need to do what helps you ease off stress and get rest.

    It will come, take one day, one week at a time.
