I know too many farmers who sell their regular beans as organic. They get more money that way. I wonder how many people who pay extra to eat organic are really eating the same stuff the rest of us are

I've lost 18.5 lbs in 73 days cooking and eating the exact same food that I got fat from in the first place.

I'm 5'8". I've lost 17.5 lbs since October 24. I started with 1,500 calories and ran on the treadmill 5x a week burning 159 each time. I reduced my calories to 1,400 about a week ago and haven't ran for about 2 weeks now, and my weight loss has slowed down:/. I'm just so lazy!

I probably wasn't always in a calorie deficit. I kinda, sorta tried to keep track of my calories on paper and was probably always going over (didn't know about this awesome mfp back then). Maybe I will give Jillian another go! But just thinking about it makes me sweat :/

I'm 33 years old with 4 kids and I'd like to do the shred again (maybe:/). I did it a few years ago and had good results in inches but not so much in lbs. I'm afraid if I do the shred, my weight loss will stall and I'll get discouraged.

I ate steel cut oats every breakfast back when I was nursing and losing weight. It's suppose to help with milk supply, and it seemed to help. I can't remember how many calories I was eating back then, but I was losing weight and doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
