Ripple Milk (made from yellow peas) is amazing - its available at Whole Foods, Target, and Sprouts (here in CO). Super creamy and delicious! I have never liked cow milk so I can't say how it compares... but it is more rich than Almond Milk (another favorite).

Rarely... I cut out sugar one year ago because it was an addiction for me. Now, when I want something sweet, I simply eat a piece of fruit! Peanut butter is still a big thing in my life and I typically have as a part of my "bedtime snack".

The starch solution is a great book with excellent recipes! Personally, I cook most of my food using "Isa Does It" and Isa's new holiday cookbook (not exclusively for holidays) and omitting oil (oil is not a health food!!). The minimalist baker blog has yummy recipes, again omitting all oil and using broth in its stead!…

Bananas are great for you - I eat them on top of 1 cup of oatmeal everyday (along with almonds, seasonal fruit, and 1 Tbsp of raisins). Personally, just one banana wouldn't be enough to keep me full until my mid-morning snack, but if you find that it works for you keep it up!
