I added the website of the program I was using...I'd like to add weights but I find the program I am currently using to be a bit boring... What is progressive lifting?

Dry shampoo will help your hair look full, make it manageable for workouts and make it smell nice :) my hair is...about 2 inches maybe 3ish past my shoulders...I wash my hair maybe twice a week, and I work out about 6 days a week. Dry shampoo is my BFF

I like to take things month by month. So 30 days work for me. Too big of a program and I get lost and stop doing it....30 days is just a number that works for me

There are 3 levels. Do 30 days on level one, 30 days on level 2 then 30 days on level 3....so its a 90 day program. I'm looking to do something different that incorporates weights..

Today I did cardio and worked the machines a bit. I want to start incorporating weights into my work outs. I'm mot sure how though....this is the year to learn though!

Stretching will be your best friend. Always make sure to take the time to stretch!

Also, I'm going to cuba on the 4th, no gym at the resort, please give me a few workout routines to use other than squats and lunges while I'm there.

2 poached egg, one toast, salmon and skinny Hollandaise Sauce (no butter, made from yogurt and mustard). Its the holidays! Eating good but within my limit!

I've eaten enough salads to know roughly what my cal intake is in one. If I add tuna, egg, chicken, or any other meat...i usually weigh those, but I roughly know what a plain salad looks like calorie wise. To a degree, i consider veggies a freebie...i'm still aware and conscience of their calories, but not overly anal.…

I don't watch TV when I'm running because there is no TV outside. I get a good playlist on and run harder than I would outside, this is so I don't lose interest in what I'm doing, it helps me focus on my breathing and my pace rather than whats going on on the TV. I am doing a half marathon is 6 month training plan. My first week I ran for 3 days, xtrain the other days...but my first day I ran 3K, second day 5K third 5K. Second week I did 5K, 6K, 5K. This week is 5K 6K 8K.. Just keep running at a comfy pace. Your stamina will catch up to you :)

Keep going! 15lbs is amazing! I'm back and forth right now between 8-10lbs lost and I feel like quitting too. Easier to be fat than skinny and healthy. But keep going! Add me as a friend if you like, the more support the better :)
