Yeah I'm not eating too many sugar alcohols, maybe an occasional Atkins bar treat. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet being just a month in...but I'm definitely liking the results, and all the support on here. Thank you! Thank you! I'll have to look into fat adapted vs ketosis!

@emaline2210 you could do some loaded cauliflower mash with pork on top. That actually sounds real good. Might be dinner tomorrow!

The butt rocked! Thanks for all the ideas, I'll be living off this meat for the rest of the week. I made cheddar cheese taco shells (for the first time), added avocado, ranch(didn't have any salsa) and spinach. So good! Wish I got a pic before I devoured it.

I do have the paprika, I also added it to my butt before I put it in. Roast just came out of the oven and it is awesome, so moist, and it has a nice crispy skin to it! Doubt crockpot piece will have any crisp but will probably fall apart a little better. Man, I can't believe I hadn't tried this sooner.

I hear ya! I too am having a hungry day. Usually go from 7a-at least 3p and today I went from 9:30a-11:30a! Then I ate lunch an hour later! Really going to try and hold out til dinner, couldn't be because I'm trapped in my house today and smell the deliciousness in the crock pot could it?

I know what you mean @MKknits I have been doing the same thing inadvertently. Eat at 7am and not be hungry again til 3pm or 5pm and not even be thinking about food, or worrying when my next meal will be. I used to get real hangry if I didn't eat every 2-3 hours. Now I eat at 3p or 5p and don't eat again until 7am, 8am or…

I think it was electrolytes, head ache hasn't come back and I've been adding salt to the water I've been drinking as well as adding quite a bit to my food. Energy has been restored!

Must have been what it was! Thank you! I loaded my breakfast down with salt this morning, getting half of what I normally get in a day and headache is gone and I feel great again! Amazing how salt is the answer. Thanks for the tip on the spinach, I definitely would have thought raw and just gone with that.
