Day 53 - 35 mins of cardio. Then sauna. Can't wait to get back to full capabilities - currently have a sprained ankle, so no leg day this week. :(

Day 52 - cardio & arms at gym. And bartending shift. Exceeded step goals!!

Day 49 - THANKSGIVING - I cooked all day and stayed under my calories! Day 50 - WOO HOO! Half way there! I hit my step goal by Black Friday shopping Day 51 (11/25) - More shopping today & back to the gym!!

Day 46 - slept in so I missed the gym this morning. Weights at home tonight though.

Didn't make it to the gym this morning. And I know I won't make it tonight, so today is a test day. But I'll make up for it by going tomorrow

Day 32 - 5 AM cardio. Burned over 500 calories!

Day 31 - worked at the bar. Lots of steps in today!!

Day 30 - spent over an hour at the gym doing various cardio, weights and of course, the sauna. Burned a little over 500 calories.

The date from the first photo is from July 2017, but I didn't start working out/ eating better until the beginning of October. I have lost just 19.8 pounds in 34 days! What a difference 20 lbs can make!! Can't wait to see what the next 20 does!!!

Day 29 - my gym buddy wants to start coming even early. 4:30 AM wake up call. But I'm here! Time for cardio and personal training!!!
