Day 15 - 5 AM cardio. 25 minutes on elliptical.

@amburglar3 I agree. I would also like to see calories burned for weights. Supposedly you can burn more doing a weight routine than cardio and they don't offer that option. Sorry off my rant. Lol.
Day 14: Therapy was a little harder but I did that and some weight training.
Day 15: laps in the pool again.0 -
Hey guys l would like to do a 100 day challenge! Sounds good! l think my goal is going to be to try to lose 20 lbs and gain some muscle. l currently am on a fitness journey. haven't been eating too healthy recently. l used to be 129 few years ago. recently 185. lost some fat gained some muscle. youtube.com/watch?v=83Uck7X_2EE this is a vid from the summer - feel free to SUBSCRlBE

Day 17 - work at the bar but should be a slow day. Have to do some shopping some my goal today is to hit 10k + steps.

Okay everyone I am not going to lie. I took yesterday off. Other than the walking I got in for a normal day I didn't do much of anything and boy does my body regret it. I will start back today. I have already gotten in a little workout at PT but I plan to do some walking and strength training later.0

Day 18 - 5 AM cardio. 20 or so minutes, burned about 300 calories. Then spent 10 minutes in the sauna.0

Day 18: 10 minutes on the treadmill then a weight workout. Still burned almost 200 calories.
@amburglar3 I always make time for the Jacuzzi when I get in the pool. I think it's a must.0 -
Day 19 - 5:30 AM personal training session + 15 or so minutes of cardio. Burned about 200 calories on elliptical.
60 minutes of water aerobics tonight too!0 -
Day 20 - 5:30 AM cardio.0

Day 20: Got in 10 minutes on the elliptical for hopefully my last PT session. I will do a weight routine tonight as well.
Day 19: I didn't specifically workout but I managed to burn 110 calories I guess while cleaning the house.0 -
Day 21 - 5:30 personal training session. Then 25 minutes of cardio
&& Water aerobics tonight!0 -

Day 29 - my gym buddy wants to start coming even early. 4:30 AM wake up call. But I'm here!

Day 30 - spent over an hour at the gym doing various cardio, weights and of course, the sauna. Burned a little over 500 calories.0
