I'm 42 and also find it harder now but i am determined to get back down to 10 stone or less. i have 2 young kids so really want to be as healthy and active as i can be so I can keep up with them and do everything with them. I have over 40 pounds to go! Friend request sent :)

Hi Danielle, similar here currently at 180lb and want to get down to about 140. Hi, I have two kids now one is nearly 6 and my youngest is 2 and a half. With both I found that being their for them 24/7 meant that I came last. Any food or exercise plans I would make would soon go out of the window when they needed something and each time i would end up snacking until i got chance to cook myself food…

I agree eating smart can be hard especially when you don't know what to eat. I agree with Tony above that part of the concept of weight loss is lifestyle change. I am guessing that you have a goal and you will know you need to do x, y and z to achieve it. Is your calorie target for weight loss?
