Ok thank you, I am logging as accurately as possible, I use the scan feature on myfitnesspal to bring up the exact food item and make sure to quantify my servings properly. My weight loss up until this point has been fairly consistent, which is why I question it now.

I use the scan feature on My Fitness Pal app paired with my weight watchers food scale. I also just completely avoid anything I can't track the calories in.

Actually that is one thing I neglected to mention, Since the beginning of my weight loss journey I have dropped 5 pant sizes and 4 shirt sizes, but haven't taken measurements though. That is my overall size difference but I suppose I should start tracking inches and taking measurements periodically for a little further…

That is my actual calorie intake by the end of my day. I do not calculate my exercise calories as to keep my calorie counting more simple and easyier to track. My weight loss is typically 18-20lbs over each three week period which is the interval of time that I go to the gym to weigh. So I would say roughly 9-10lbs a week. But my latest trip to the scale still over a 3 week period I only dropped 5lbs.
