Roast chicken, corn on the cob, and sliced tomatoes. Gotta get the last of the summer produce in!

Venti iced coffee with an extra shot. 3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup and almond milk.

My diary is open (I hope). I stay around that number, sometimes a little more or less.

I only log losses on MFP. I weigh daily and log it in the Happy Scale app-I like the moving average and the graphs it generates. Makes the ups a little easier to take.

Hey guys! I'm back too and having some modest success. Add me and let's encourage each other

I have a sugar free vanilla sweet cream cold brew or an iced coffee with almond milk and sugar free hazelnut syrup a couple times a week. I enjoy it and it keeps me from feeling deprived!
-
Add me! I have a 2 year old and a 10 month old. I'm currently 2 pounds from my pre-first baby weight, but I was heavy then and still have about 40 to lose! It's so hard!

Why would your goal be unrealistic? You can totally do that. The hard part is accepting that it will take time and effort. Good luck!

My husband has gout. His major triggers seem to be beer and pork.

Wine. Bread. Cheese.

I eat first, then literally rise from the table and walk a mile only because I am so freaking hungry by lunchtime. Whatever works for you.

I occasionally (once a week?) have a meal that is insane as far as calories and wine. I just log it and move on. I do try to get my steps on everyday. I don't like the idea of "cheat" days because it interferes with the idea that I am making a lifestyle change, I am not on a diet. And if my lifestyle says that I am having…

I drink a liter a day. I love it and will hunt for new and unusual flavors lol

Amazing!

Chickpeas marinated in vinaigrette over spinach. And a flavored unsweetened seltzer water.

I slipped on a dress this morning that previously had been a bit too tight, and it fits like a dream today!

Booze.

I talk to and about myself way worse than anyone else possibly could.

Coffee with cream and sugar, then waterwaterwater, maybe a diet drink if I need/want a boost. Trying to cut out alcohol during the week. Friday and Saturday you can add a cocktail, a glass of wine, or a beer (maybe two, maybe one of each).

You look amazing! Can I ask how many months post-partum you are?
-
Enough to sink the Titanic. Not to lose weight, but because I am thirsty.

That is great progress! Slow and steady wins the race-you are making a lifestyle change, not dieting. That is the best thing you can do. If you view what you are doing as "dieting" and have an endpoint, when you reach that you will just regress. Keep up the good work!

Beans and rice! Super cheap and very versatile. I know it sounds cliche, but both are very inexpensive and go a long way.

Mine is open, but my calories are set higher. You are welcome to have a look!

I bought a whole container and refuse to throw it away even though it is rough. I've found that mixing a little yogurt (like a quarter cup) into my smoothies makes it better. Not sure why, but I think that will be the trick to getting through this container.

That's not helpful or mean. It's abusive.

For real, I need friends who are encouraging but keep it real too.

Kale pesto is my jam! Blanche your kale, then spin it up in your food processor with some EVOO, lemon juice, the nut of your choice (I like almonds here) and maybe some parm if you like. I eat it with pasta and fish. Delish!

Cashew milk is super creamy. It makes a great coffee creamer.

I need friends!
