Oh ya! I’ve had great success not wasting time tracking my workouts the 12 years I’ve been doing it! With diet Ive kept track of calories and macros in the past but I always did that for so long and then eventually quite doing it. As of now i don’t track what so ever and can still achieve any goal I set out for.

Well I suppose to be fair they might be right I’m 27 180 lbs try to keep active as much as possible plus train 5-6 times a week my bmr is a little over 1700. I just want the damn fat gone now!

I am also trying to hit 10% or lower for summer as well. I am most likely going about it all wrong. My goals are to 1 hit 10% or sub 10% bf 2 hit a 400lbs bench press. I feel I’m close may even be able to do it I just need a spotter( I have my own gym and workout at home) 3 do one hand pull ups for reps

1. Get sub 10% bf 2. Lean bulk build strength and get a 400lbs bench press 500lbs squat and 600lbs deadlift 3. Then switch my focus to proper bodybuilding and maybe eventually enter in a bodybuilding competition.

Same I am always up and down with body fat ranging from 18% or higher down to as low as maybe 10%. I am 27 and trying to cut and this time I’m going to try and get below 10% bf. So far so good but we will see how it goes lol
