I have my garmin. It tracks heart rate and I workout in the AM for about 60-75min. Mostly I lift, but I do plyo and run/jog also. Heart rate stays at 155-160

So I set my MFP at somewhat active being a SAHM. My exercise needs to be entered or synced? 1650 GOAL 1760 consumed + 1032 exercise = 728 remaining I consume part of that remaining or leave it ? Sorry just making sure I'm understanding...

My confusion is this. Example TDEE is 2800 Set diary to -25% 2100 to consume You burn 1000 calories Eat 2100 Still at 1100 consumed... Wouldn't you want it to be at 2100 no matter what? This is what confuses me

Awesome! I can already do all of the PRT requirements... the two miles kills me but I can do it in 20. It's the damn weight. They want me at 170 even though I know my BF will be in range wayyyy sooner than that. This was super helpful! Thank you!

So it says bmr is 1950 and tdee is 2750 Should I start high and lower or the opposite?

Sorry it has me at 1650. I set it at lightly active because outside of my workout time I'm a stay at home mom with two babies and spend most of my day play on the floor with my baby and toddler
