Country Heat with 21 day fix

Hello,

I just got my country heat work out set from beach body! I only wanted the DVDs but came with a week of shakeology and the 21 day fix boxes. I want to start Monday! Would anyone be interested in started with me?

    I am starting today, I might do I hybrid schedule with country heat as I also want some weights in there. Not sure about the meal plan yet, at least for the first week I am going to focus on logging my food and staying within my calorie limit.

    Are you starting today? We should add each other to stay motivated! :)

    I am starting today! I planned out some of the meal stuff. It ended up being easy once I used water to convert the containers to actual measurements!!
