I do not have an eating disorder. I just don't wanna go back to my previous over-weight self.

i am a girl, 21. I weigh 105 lb and I am 5 ft. i normally don't exercise much and if I do its mostly half an hour walk. What i meant by 1000 calories was that isn't it too sudden? I thought I was supposed to add 300 calories at a time

okay so my TDEE is 1397. Now I'm supposed to increase my calorie intake to that inorder to maintain my weight?

my BMR is 1295 while my daily intake is 750 cal right now. so can i slowly increase my calorie intake to 1295 without gaining any weight?
