  • I go by susanwondera, and I think I was diagnosed with Bipolar in September 1987. Thank you for starting the forum! One of my medications Zyprexa can promote weight gain and diabetes. I have some pre-diabetic changes so have some negative motivation to continue my weight loss. How does one get the smileys into the post?

  • I am also looking for friends. I have about 100 lbs more to lose.. I have a dietcian who thinks that a vegan diet requires special supplementation. I once lost 30 lbs on McDougall Maxium Weight Loss
