Today was a bit better. I took it easy most of the day watching movies in bed. I felt guilty for not working out yesterday. So, I did one work out early in the afternoon and one tonight. I am a little nervous. I woke up this morning not feeling too good. Tried to shake it off with my hot green tea and some ginger snap cookies. Made it through work day (I work from home). But as day coming to a close, I could not stop coughing and felt a bit warm. I took a couple Tylenol cold/flu tablets and was out of it…

Day 6 workout completed. The struggle was REAL tonight! But, somehow I made it through. I have realized something though, I definitely prefer working out early in the day. I must start getting it done before I sit on the couch.

I mentioned yesterday the scale too. My eating has not been perfect, but my hope is that I am building some muscles with all these squats and crunches. I mean my legs definitely feel like they are toning up. Regardless, I am going to see this out! Shoot I wish I took a before pic.

Completed workout #4. Seems as if I am able to go a little harder, dig a little deeper each day. Just waiting for the scale to get with it ;)

I am so thankful for you all! It was so tempting to stay on the couch and just keep watching TV all nite long. And were it not for me committing to do this, that is exactly what I probably would have done. Happy to report that I broke free of the couch and completed workout #3.
