Really amazing to watch. The body was that of an american woman in her 60s who was overweight and died from heart failure.

I don't think you are really here for fitness and health. Judging by this, probably your only post and the fact that you have all young female friends on your list bar one. Seen your type before and i think you'll find the more mature women have as well and will stay well clear. Just my advice but go and look for sites…

Ask the gym when they were last calibrated. My gym has them done every 6 months. If they are calibrated often then the gym ones will be the correct ones. Just weigh your usual clothes and take it off to give you an idea of actual weight. Of course you can calibrate your own scales if you have something that is a known…

Fitbit is a gimmick. Inaccurate and really not needed. If it helps some then i suppose it's worth it but otherwise don't bother with them. Spend money on something better.

Sorry to hear guys. Don't look to hard is my advice and be in a hurry to be in a relationship. The right person will come along when you least expect it and probably in the unlikeliest place and you will get the feeling they are the right person. Just don't change who you are to suite someone else. Be yourself.

In open water fins may benefit you more but to be honest you are better off without them in the pool unless you intend to use them every time you swim at anytime. They are only good for freestyle so if like me you alternate from freestyle to breaststroke then they are no good. Stick without is my advice.

All those years of late gaming with a beer or cider or three has taken it's toll. Ex FPS guy Combat Arms, Battlefield series and Insurgency were my main. Other stuff…

I was fit then but let myself go once i left. For a period after that i partied too much up until around 4 years ago. I drank too much going to the pub quite…
