My blaze overestimated my steps. It must be really sensitive. I changed the settings and it didn't work. I went on a 4 hour drive and made my 250 step goal every hour without even getting out of my car. That's a lot of accidental steps. I hit my 10,000 step goal rocking my daughter to sleep once. I did all that too. It didn't work for me. I just take the step count with a grain of salt and keep Fitbit and mfp unconnected.

All of this!! Keep them separate, keep it simple! I've been doing it this way when I realized my Fitbit was calculating my burns too high. I still love my Fitbit, but now I only log half of my purposeful exercise calories and it's been the magic key. And I'm not stressing out about it so much!

I realize this thread is old, but I have the same problem and my workouts are at least 30 minutes. It only counts my runs or walks as active minutes. It kind of drives me nuts!

I'm doing ripped in 30 and did most of the moves with 8lbs. I did one move with 12 and another with 5. For me it just totally depends on the move.
