Thank you everyone so much! I'm so sorry for the delayed response... you have all been so helpful!! I haven't been logging my food for very long, but in doing so I've realized how much I'm lacking in my already small diet, so I'm working on it. I feel a lot more informed on the matter :smile:

I'm doin great! I'm down 124lbs, so I feel amazing. I've gotten pretty good on the food aspect of things I think, always room for improvement but feeling good about it. I was really slow on getting into a work out routine though... I've started walking longer distances this week and am getting a gym membership this…
