Hey everyone (or anyone... lol). My name is Brandon, I'm 26 years old. I had the VSG (Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy) on October 27th, 2016 :open_mouth:

Was hoping to meet people of all walks here, especially other VSG people who may be going through or have gone through this experience!

Looking forward to meeting new people!

    I'm doin great! I'm down 124lbs, so I feel amazing.

    I've gotten pretty good on the food aspect of things I think, always room for improvement but feeling good about it. I was really slow on getting into a work out routine though...

    I've started walking longer distances this week and am getting a gym membership this weekend, so between the two I think I can work out a work out routine... haha
