omg literally me..I feel like the people next to me on the treadmill think I'm crazy when the arm movements and facial gestures come out :smiley: I do like treadmills because they force me to keep my pace..I slowly slow down outside lol

I'm doing one early June so just a little after you! I'm a little confused about nutrition- do you just need more carbs? (I'm running 3-4 miles daily as of now)

About 1.5 months ago I was barely running 1 or 2 miles. Today is the first day I ran 3 miles under 30 minutes! Today I ran 4.1 miles in 42 minutes!! I really want to be ready for a half marathon in June :) This will be my first half marathon.
