My "cheat" day usually consists of me saving up little calories throughout the week and then having whatever I feel like eating during or at the end of the week. I live in Jamaica and last week was a Jerk Pork craving week. The week before was chocolate and ice cream.

I confess that I get cravings after work. I had a KFC Zinger combo meal last night and felt guilty afterwards. The good news was that I was still in maintenance. Still felt like I messed up though. :(

I had a major problem with this before. I just use mfp to tell me how much it is and go from there. How many calories I have remaining and what I have to eat. Some days I definitely eat more than a palm sized amount of chicken for a meal. However, I am just happy I eat within my calorie needs.
