Ran 10km without water for the first time today. The max I've run without water up till now is 7km.

Ticked a couple of boxes today. My goal of four half marathons for the year, and improved my time by ten minutes. Still need to do 49km for the month, but the hubby thinks its manageable.

I went to buy the next size down in a different colour today. Thinking i'll squeeze into it when my others are in the wash ( ive been told im not allowed wear my jeans anymore as they too big). So get home try the next size downs on and they fit perfectly

It's tapper week. Extra rest day today. 5km speed session at the track on Tuesday. Time Trial at the clubhouse on Thursday. Half Marathon on Saturday.

Definitely taking my appearance more seriously but at the same time weary of buying more clothes as I still have a few kgs to go. But was told this week "dont wear those jeans again"

I am aiming for 103km this month in order to hit my 1000km for the year goal that I set in Jan. Also hoping to run my 4th and final half marathon on the 14th. Another goal I set for myself for 2017.

Okay, my goal was 100km for September. I exceeded my highest mileage month by 18km and got personal bests in 10km, 5km and 1km

Still 2km away from my 100km for Sept. But I improved my 10km pb by 3 mins today

Everyone has such great advice and put me in research and thought mode. Probably going to be experimenting with different options for a few days until I figure out what works for me. Thank you so much for your input. I really appreciate your wisdom.
