No ill still have 500 calories left after it so im not going over lol and ive lost 4 pound this week im doing ok just dont want to put weight back on by having the wrong foods

When excersizing how do you know how many calories you have burned i dont have any equipment too tell me just workout vidoes that i workout too i done an hour workout today and i have no clue if i burned any calories
