I suspect my calories I am supposed to consume is wrong.

Almost 4 weeks logging.

I also do not eat back calories burned. I stay at 1200 even if I burn 196 on treadmill.

On WW I lost 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. Never stayed the same or gained. I am at 1200 calories per day 57 year old woman 180 lbs Slightly active. Walk on treadmill 4x a week.

Did WW lost well, it was easy and consistent. Three years later trying MFP ....can't lose a pound. Going back to WW. MFP isn't working. You get what you pay for. MFP is free and....not working. Waste of time unfortunately. I think MFP has me set at wrong calorie intake. Very frustrating ...making me mad.
