Hi Steph!! I lost a good stone and then put it all back on again after having Isaac. I have a good 5/6 stones to lose so I’ve got a long journey ahead of me. I so can’t wait to feel healthier and more confident again!

If you're worried about calories, try planning your meals in advance. It'll help you keep count of those calories and you'll slowly learn where the bigger calories are. That's definitely a boost I need, tomorrow is day 1 all over again. To be a healthy weight I need to lose around 5/5 stones, I need all the motivation I can her to keep myself on track. Good luck to all reading this.
