  • @cessi0909 I also love yoga and pilates and weights...I need to get back into running but the weather is so yuck up here in Ontario. @crimsongrey The rowing machine rocks! So good for the core! If you think about it, it's like working 10,000 massive continuous half halts haha
  • @crimsongrey I showed him at some little jumper shows last winter...it's my DREAM to get back into eventing but I don't know how brave he is yet...dressage is currently what we are working on, because it needs major help! I'm hoping to get motivated here to get outside my comfort zone a bit!
  • @showjumper wow, that struck a cord...100-200 good transitions per flat ride! I've been stuck in dressage bootcamp for the last 4 months while our indoor footing is waiting to be fixed...I love my lessons but I need to kick my own butt (and my horses!) more when we ride on our own.   • I can commit to this! With help haha. I'm a yoga/pilates instructor but sometimes it can be hard to motivate myself to work out outside my classes...AND hard to motivate myself to ride at 9pm when I've finished teaching. But I CAN do it!
