Like many of you, I had to change my mindset! My motto about food now is "EAT TO LIVE, NOT LIVE TO EAT". Consequently, my weight loss has been slow and steady which is the best way. Replacing coffee with oolong and green tea has helped a lot…

Hi there and congrats on getting into the right mindset! Just remember that there are no shortcuts! Any plan that does not require sacrifice is unrealistic and leads to failure. About 80…

Good for you and welcome back! :)

You'll lose it again and this time it will stay off. Just remember that about 80% of your ability to reduce excess body fat is determined by what you eat, with the other 20% related to exercise and other healthy lifestyle habits such as sleep and stress reduction. You have a friend here! :)

Simply put...you have to WANT IT REALLY BAD. Until then, you'll continue to fall off the wagon. One great way of getting into the right mindset is VENGEANCE. Yep. I said it. Revenge in the form of losing those extra pounds. So take all of the negative comments and use it as motivation! You've lost the weight before, so let…

However, people tell me that I'm going to look emaciated if I lose anymore. I know what they say is a crock of poo, especially…

For me hot water with lemon in the morning or at night before bed works as a diuretic which helps me get rid of excess water and keeps me from bloating.
