On a bad day or week or month I go back to my three things. It might be getting up, taking a shower and getting dressed. As the depression lifts, those things become a " of course" and my three things might upgrade to a healthy breakfast, a walk, or a small project

Tomatoes and peppers are in. Will plant beans, beets and carrots mid summer. Lettuce and peas in August for a fall crop

Hello. First timer here from Iowa. Logging since thanksgiving day 2016. Goal is to keep logging and not gain during vacation next week. Going to Vermont and it looks to be rainy. Food and staying indoors could be a tricky combo
