I was doing 1200 for a while but found that it was too restrictive for me personally, so I’ve upped it to 1340 and it has been much more manageable for me. I know it’s not 1200 but I will add you anyway!

The brain zaps are TERRIBLE! Never again. I remember I’d forget to take them before going to school and I’d be sitting in the back of the classroom trying not to rip all of my hair out from the sensations. Truly awful.

Are you weighing your food with a food scale? My progress was extremely slow before purchasing one and it turns out I was WAYYY under predicting how much I was eating. Now, I’ve had a scale for about a month and I’ve been losing about a pound a week!

I’m in! I’ve lost 50 lbs, gained 20 back, and now I’m 10 down again but still want to lose another 20! I’ve been tracking everything I eat (using a scale and everything) and got a more physical job this past month and have only lost a couple pounds (super frustrating) but have lost inches. I've recently cut out sugar and BOY OH BOY were the withdrawals bad at times. They lasted on and off for about a week and a half and I no longer crave sweets! Keep up the good work :D

Taking the stairs and getting the kids from school makes a HUGE difference! If you started going for 30 minute walks every day I promise you will feel better just by doing that. Baby steps.
