I'm used to being ~100, but I never maintained it soberly. Now that I'm sober my weights shot up. I feel a little upset with myself. Why is it that we dont notice were slipping till we've already slipped? I've never been a size 5 or a 34c. I also have no idea how to healthily drop weight. I don't have access to the gym. I work from home. Ive tried counting calories occasionally- I guess I often eat between 1500-2000... Sometimes less sometimes more. 1200 just seems so depriving, but is that what'll take???

Oh, I think we notice, but we make a great effort of pretending we don't see it. You can lose weight without exercise, and without eating 1200 calories, but you will have to log diligently and consistently.0

I’m 5’2 and currently 130 lbs. I’ve been tracking everything I eat with a food scale for the past month and got a manual labor job and have only lost 2 lbs in 30 days but have lost inches. I highly recommend getting a scale so that you can be as accurate as possible with calorie counting. I aim for 1200-1400 a day, depending on whether I’ve exercised or not. I recommend Turbo Jam’s Fat Blaster as a quick exercise to do at home. It’s super fun and you can find a free stream online. I’ve had a lot of success with it in the past (highest weight was 170lbs). Hopefully this helps you, because I’m in the same boat! My goal weight is 110.0
