Hi, I drink everyday as well :). Stopped beers totally and if drinking gin or whiskey, I have it with water. I am controlling my food diet and I am exercising but the progress is slow because of the alcohol consumption. Don't drink alone but it doesn't help - I got too many friends who love to drink.
