I'm a social worker and spend my 8 hour work day at my desk doing assessments and paperwork. I walk on my breaks and take extra trips to the bathroom (the long way), also park as far as I can from the hospital I work in, i do a 30-60 minute workout when I get home and walk in place at home.i average between 10000-15000…
