I am amazed by how these relatively small lifestyle changes are really adding up! Meal prepping and 20- 30min walks 5 days a week have really been paying off!
Great weight loss this week....3.6 pounds!!! You are right, small lifestyle changes really do add up and it's something you can do long term because the emphasis is on "lifestyle", not "diet"!!3 -

My nutrition plan doesnt count calories...it counts strict macros... So I dont care that I am having one nice nutritious cooked dinner per week that contains calories as fat....its required to fit in with my weight training scheduled for tomorrow...once size plan does not fit all, and thats still cool too.
Absolutely, one size plan does not fit all! Glad you have found "your" plan!0 -

Up 2 pounds this morning!?!? I did go a little overboard this weekend celebrating my daughter's birthday, but I think that's mostly bloat *fingers crossed*3 -
@thedestar, fingers crossed with you that all it is is bloating. If you make healthy choices most of the time, I wouldn't worry about your food choices too much. It was one day and you were under!!1

If green tea works to calm sugar cravings, than every stocking at Christmas should be filled with it!! I'll have to give the tea a try!1 -

I don't know why it's so hard for me to work out on the weekends. I think I need to get it out of the way first thing in the morning, rather than telling myself I'll do it later.4 -
Scale broke hopefully I my new one will be here in time for this weeks weigh in!2
