I have really been out of focus this week. I had a temporary schedule change at work and it has put me off balance, an unexpected obstacle. I didn't have time to meal prep as I normally would have over the past weekend and I have been low on energy all week. Which basically translates into I'm not eating as well as I could be and I'm not getting my physical activity in as I would like. I am going to take the weekend to reset and refocus and get myself back on a normal schedule.
Reset and refocus...a very good plan, Kay! Recognizing where things went awry is half the battle!0 -

Exercise Yes, some body weight exercises as I wasn't in work today (my gym is where I work). I did 10 full push-ups! I've never been able to do one, always fall flat on my face, but figured I would give it a go, and did 10! This strength training is definitely paying off!2 -

This Sunday I'm thinking of starting a push-up and squat challenge I also intend on doing a lot more dancing with my little ninja through the day.1
