did you mean the weekly challenge is for the daily accountibilty logs, or are you checking for Yesses or nos?

I am not sure of the question? Are you talking about the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge? You need three yes's to count as an "accountable" day. Is that what you mean?

@HASWLRS for February should I post my weight from this morning or wait till my regular weigh in day?

No just weigh in on your regular day. Your weight from last week is February's starting weight.

Sorry, wrong. Your weight from THIS week is February's starting weight!!

I think it’s the soda I have been drinking, I will make it my mini goal to drink more water this week.

You've got this, Nicole. Water, water, water (and good food choices!) and the weight will come down again for you!

I am very pleasantly surprised by this good loss! Had a tough week with a sick baby, husband traveling etc but somehow lost almost two pounds so I am happy

An unexpected, but not undeserved, reward for enduring your tough week and finding the will power to work out at home by yourself! Congratulations on your nice loss this week!!

    Loss this week: 1lb
    Overall loss for January: 13lbs

Finishing my first month on the team strong and hitting my personal target of 200lbs. Too bad I caught a cold overnight and feel miserable. Hoping for a quick recovery!

February’s goal is 190 which seems a bit unattainable but I’m going for it.

Thanks for all the support this month.

Congratulations on losing a pound this week AND hitting your personal goal for the month!! Setting goals gets results as you have something to work towards! Good luck on your February goal!

Bummer about your cold...hope you feel better soon!

a tick upwards which is a bummer, but i can safely say it has everything to do with my bad sleep due to the gallbladder issue earlier in the week and now i'm fighting off a cold, so i'm not sleeping well and i'm on meds which are probably helping me retain water.

i have a month before the surgery so i have to get a plan in place. march is going to be a bummer for exercise, but i can still lose weight and be healthy if i plan my foods which i need to do anyway because the diet is restrictive immediately following the operation.

    getting old blows sometimes.

Your positive attitude will get you a lot further ahead than if you were whining about your situation. Love it! Yes, there are a number of little reasons why the scale went slightly upward, and none why it will stay there!! And you are absolutely right...you don't have to exercise to lose weight.... a diet plan is the way to go!

And you are not old....take it from someone who knows! You are getting older though, as we all are!!

Tracie, either your math is wrong or you have a typo. 255.25 - 253.25 = 2 lbs, not 1.25 lbs.

it was a typo I failed to amend from previous week - well spotted though! :)

I have really been out of focus this week. I had a temporary schedule change at work and it has put me off balance, an unexpected obstacle. I didn't have time to meal prep as I normally would have over the past weekend and I have been low on energy all week. Which basically translates into I'm not eating as well as I could be and I'm not getting my physical activity in as I would like. I am going to take the weekend to reset and refocus and get myself back on a normal schedule.
