Not my weigh in day, but I weighed in under 200lbs today! My January goal! Sadly, it’s because I’ve been sick with the norovirus and lost 3.5lbs overnight. Too bad it won’t stay under 200 for long. It was nice seeing a number in the 100s even if it was just for a day.1

I am feeling a little more settled as of late. Today will be day 3 of mindful eating. I have to say "mindful" and not "under" because we are going out to dinner with my parents. I am saving most of my calories for then, but I will still be way over. I haven't gotten back to the gym yet, but I am okay with that until I get my eating under control. Baby steps! I have also decided that I need to bargain with myself. I have three spa treatments that I want done, but first I have to reach three different numbers on the scale. In the meantime, I am still pampering myself with some Crest Whitestrips that have been in my drawer for some time now. Hope everyone is having a fabulous Sunday!5

The results for Week # 4 are in. Coming in third overall for % lost this week, was @mari_moulin posting a 1.78 % loss!! Rounding out the top three in TBBT is @katevt78 with 1.76 % lost and @primekayprime with 1.49 % lost. Congratulations on all your hard work last week, ladies!!
Team TBBT came third last week, but overall we are currently sitting in second place, only 0.03% behind the leader!!! There is only one week left in this month's challenge to take over the top spot....we can do it!!! I know I plan on posting a loss this week!!4 -
