    Weigh in week: 4
    Weigh in day: Thursday
    Previous Week's weight: 271.4
    Todays Weight: 273

I am ticking upward; January is stressful as I working out my assignment for my internship.

Sorry to hear that life is currently stressful. We're here to listen if you want to talk it out. Hugs.

Weigh in week: Jan. Week 4
    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous Week's weight: 159
    Todays Weight: 158.6

I tripped up a bit on the weekend but stayed on track all week. I'm mad at myself that I should've done better on the weekend! :(

At least you stayed on track!! That's what counts and you still produced a loss! Way to go

@RinsenRepeat, as far as your graph goes, I don't really know what I am looking at (what is the x-axis?), but I do know you lost just under a pound, like you said. A loss is a loss! Nice going!

X is weight logged since the start of January challenge... The red dotted line is my personal goal for January... I have to get my weight below the red line in order to meet my goal by target date.

Im not from America so I am not familiar with imperial system to measure things.. we measure weight in metric system using kilogram..

American here. Imperial system is stupid in my opinion, but since I learned that first and just a tad metric later on in life I am still more comfortable using imperial. But I think we need to switch over. Metric just makes more sense.

Yes, I love an empty gym as well!! Glad you got your workout in. Does that mean you are feeling better?

Yeah, I'm Canadian, so we are familiar with both. I have a calculator that converts metric to imperial and vice versa. It was the date across the bottom....for some reason I couldn't figure that out the first time I looked at it!

I did sleep for 7 hours yesterday during the day (10 am - 5 pm!), and slept like normal last night, so feeling a bit more rested. Still feeling a bit worn out, just not letting it get in my way of cross training. My team has our first British Champs game coming up in a couple of weeks, so need all the strength and endurance that I can create.

I'm thinking that I might have anemia, and need iron supplements. I have PCOS, and my cycle is all over the place, but I've been "on" for the past 26 days and I think that's been affecting my blood levels.

My goal for the new year was to exercise 5 days a week so to meet that I HAD to get a workout in. I had to take my little guy back to the Dr this morning so I couldn't get my workout in til my older kids got home from school. It wasn't pretty but I did it!

I restarted C25K at a faster speed and last week I finished week 2. I’m loving my new training schedule! Also my intake changes as I’m doing a pouch reset so this has helped a lot!

Still haven't quite found my motivations for exercise on the weekends... and I ate too much. Ending my week a little weaker than how it began, but I'm not discouraged. Just gotta dig a little deeper tomorrow.
